O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Site Administrator for a construction site based in Blackpool. Candidates MUST have experience in site administration or document control.
The Role:
- Provide clerical support to the project team, including word processing, photocopying, and handling post duties.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of filing and administrative systems operating in the Insurance department to include the collation of materials, as required.
- Assist with production of reports and documents to an acceptable standard, as required.
- Take and record messages accurately.
- Deal with incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
- Book and record travel arrangements for the department.
- Carry out any other duties as are necessary within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by the Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and/or Experience of the Construction Industry desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced Administrator role
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Possess an excellent telephone manner, with great interpersonal skills.
