Site Manager
£65,000 - £68,000 + £4,000 Car Allowance + Travel + Bonus
Location: NW London (Wembley)
O'Neill & Brennan are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a Tier 1 Developer on a large, high-profile residential scheme in Wembley, NW London.
The project consists of a high-rise residential block of approximately 180 units and is currently moving into key delivery stages. You will be responsible for managing works on-site from internal fit-out (1st fix through to client handover), alongside overseeing elements of the external envelope.
You will be working closely with another Site Manager and Assistant Site Managers, reporting directly to the Project Manager and Project Director, and playing a key role in driving programme, quality, and health & safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Day-to-day management of site activities and subcontractors
-Delivering internal fit-out packages from 1st fix through to final completion and handover
-Managing external works including scaffolding, brickwork, and façade packages
-Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and budget
-Maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance
-Coordinating with design, commercial, and client teams
-Attending and leading site meetings and progress reviews
-Managing snagging, quality inspections, and final handover processes
Requirements:
-Construction NVQ Level 6 or 7
-SMSTS
-CSCS (Black Card preferred)
-Proven experience working on high-rise residential projects
-Strong background in internal fit-out and façade/external packages
-Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and drive programme delivery
-Strong communication and leadership skills
