Duties
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the site
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve site goals and objectives
- Supervise and provide guidance to site staff, including training and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Provide comprehensive reports to the Project Manager
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise at the site
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to standards
