DOE: €65K – €85K

Company Overview:
A leading Tier-1 Main Contractor with various ongoing projects throughout Ireland. Due to continued business growth, they are seeking a Site Manager to join their team.
Job Summary:
- We are recruiting for a Site Manager for our Client.
- This is a fulltime, permanent position. It would be best suited to an experienced, highly motivated and goal-oriented Site Manager.
- The successful candidate will join their team in Dublin and report to the management team.
Your responsibilities will be as below:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the site, including planning daily tasks, ordering materials, and reaching targets.
- Assist with the project from commencement to completion, ensuring all elements of site work are effectively executed.
- Ensure adherence to health & safety standards, quality control, site logistics, and employee relations.
- Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
- Attend site and management meetings.
- Supervise various construction activities, including the management of subcontractors, forepersons, and other personnel to achieve production targets.
- Oversee the Company’s HSEQ systems, including site setup, security, logistics, deliveries, and traffic management.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to adhere to the construction programme, ensuring effective sequencing of tasks, resource monitoring, and minimization of rework.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7+ years’ site management experience.
- Construction management/Engineering Degree Qualification or Trades Qualified
- Experience working with a Tier 1 contractor
- Must have the ability to manage the multi-disciplinary teams of contactors & site operatives
