Site Manager

O&B are looking for Site Managers a leading large Main Contractor in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This is a super opportunity for someone with a strong background in Social Housing/Decent Homes.

Duties

• To undertake the day to day management of construction activities of a designated project
• Responsibility for ensuring that SHEQ requirements are upheld to the highest of standards at all times
• Managing contracts in accordance with the contract documents and programme
• To report to the Project / Contracts Manager on the progress against the programme
• Management of Method Statements/Risk Assessments

Experience

• Previous Site management experience
• Up to date relevant knowledge of building legislation
• Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
• Understanding of local government construction (refurb/new build) projects
• Experience of Partnership arrangements
• Current and Valid UK driving licence.
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
