O’Neill & Brennan are currently working with a National Main Contractor who are looking for an external biased site manager to look after the groundworks & brick façade works.
This a major residential scheme, that will last for a number of years.
Your duties as external site manager will include:
- Covering all aspects of health & safety
- Ensuring your package of groundworks and frame is following program
- Must have a background in RC frame due to the nature of the project
- Ability to produce reports
- Creating a team mentality
- IT Literate due to the QA/QC reports
Requirements
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid
