Site Manager – Dublin & Midlands

DOE: €65k – €75K

Company Overview:

Due to continued development and growth, our client is currently recruiting for a Site Manager to manage the delivery of a Modular Building project. The position involves being an integral part of a Project Delivery team working closely together to meet deadlines as well as strict quality, safety and efficiency objectives.

Job Summary:

• Plan and schedule the works and manage the construction programme.
• Managing all aspects of the works on site on a daily basis.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety Regulations and with company health & safety policy on all sites under control.
• Collaborate effectively with subcontractors, engineers, architects, and technical experts to ensure timely and quality completion in line with contracts.
• Manage quality control for the lifecycle of the project and ensure all project documentation is managed correctly.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role delivering building fit-out and/or civil construction projects
• Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work on own initiative
• Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment
• Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills; able to manage projects simultaneously without compromising on standards and quality.
• Good I.T. & Document management skills
• Experience in Health & Safety Management
