O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to work for reputable contractor in Manchester. Experience working on an Airport is essential.
Our client requires a professional manager to assist with the delivery of this prestigious commercial project.
- Freelance position for approximately 20 months.
- Report into Site & Project Managers on a daily basis.
- To take full responsibility of quality control and management trades of this large project.
- Trade background such as Carpentry preferred.
Requirements:
- Industry experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the construction process
- Has been involved at a senior level in medium (£50m+)
- SMSTS & CSCS minimum, 1st Aid preferable.
