Site Manager –  Athlone

D.O.E: €30 – €40 per hour

Overview:

O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for our client. The Site Manager will join their team on a commercial project in Athlone.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of the construction on the site.
• Ability to oversee all internal finishing works to the highest of quality.
• Maintaining site diary – recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities.
• Attending weekly management team meeting for the construction team.
• Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site.
• Ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards.
• Great attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Site supervision experience with a trades background.
• Must have site management and internals/finishing experience.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards.
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects.

• Must have the ability to manage the multi-disciplinary teams of contactors & site operatives.
