O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for Site Agent for our Client a Tier 1 main contractor who have various ongoing projects across Ireland.
This is a Clonmel based role.
Site Agent Responsibilities:
- Supervise, co-ordinate and monitor sub-contractor’s performance
- Proven track record in successfully delivering projects in line with agreed deadlines and to the highest standard
- Monitor the progress in accordance with the agreed project schedule, progress reporting against Safety, Quality, Schedule
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and efficient site always.
- Ensure clear understanding and compliance with drawings, specifications building regulations and good building practice whilst working closely with the Project Manager to highlight any issues.
Site Agent Requirements:
- Relevant Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years' work experience as a Site Agent
- 5+ years' experience as a qualified tradesperson in construction trade e.g., carpenter, bricklayer etc.,
- Enthusiastic personality with a strong work ethic, ability to work well using initiative, problem solving when required.
- Full, clean driving license
