Senior Site Manager – North Dublin

DOE: €70k – €80K

Company Overview:

Our client is looking for Site Manager to join their team on a new build apartment project in North Dublin.

Job Summary:

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
• Checking plans, drawings and supervision of subcontractors across the project.
• Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site
• Ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to adhere to the construction programme.
• Overseeing quality control and safety matters on the site and ensuring that regulations are adhered to.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Engineering / Construction Management or Trade background.
• The successful Senior Site Manager will have at least 5 years’ experience working for main building contractors in Ireland or the UK.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards.
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects
• Computer literate.
• Good knowledge of safety and quality management.
