Junior Site Manager (Fit Out) – Dublin

DOE: €50k – €60K

Company Overview:

A Fit-Out contractor who have various ongoing Commercial Projects across the Greater Dublin area, they are seeking a Junior Site Manager (Fit Out).

Job Summary:

We are recruiting for a Junior Site Manager (Fit Out) for our client. This is a permanent, full-time position, and it would be suited to an ambitious candidate, who will be working with the Site team. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Senior Site Manager.

Your responsibilities will be as below:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision of sub-contractors and labourers on site.
• Inspect sub-contractor work and sign-off.
• Working closely with company Project Managers.
• Report to contracts manager/management team regularly on progress and information request
• Management and control of day-to-day Health and Safety standards
• Co-ordinate tasks according to priorities and plans

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Qualification (e.g. Carpentry) is desirable.
• 1-3 Years of Construction Management Experience on site.
• Proven track record in Fit Outs projects essential.
• Fully updated with BCAR.
• Ability to build & maintain effective relationships.
