Construction Site Manager – Blackrock, Co. Dublin

DOE: €70K – €85K

Job Summary:

We are recruiting for a Site Manager for our Client. This is a permanent, full-time position, and would be best suited to an ambitious, goal-oriented Site Manager. The successful candidate will join their team in Blackrock and reporting directly to the Senior Management.

Your responsibilities will be as below:

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the Project
• Supervision of sub- contractors with an emphasis on quality standards
• Setting out
• Quality control and documentation
• Ensuring all contractors on site are working to the latest set of construction drawings / details.
• Keep a daily diary of all relevant events.
• Liaise with client’s representatives/Design Team members as appropriate.
• Ensure that all works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety standards.
• Developing risk assessments & method statements
• Weekly toolbox talks
• Ordering and control of materials on site

Qualification and Experience:

• 5+ years Site Management experience with Main Contractor
• Engineering background
• Experience in new build /refurbishment projects
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
• Experience in Microsoft Office & other essential computer programmes
• Ability to provide evidence to inspect & record all of requirements mentioned.
