Construction Site Manager – Co. Mayo

Salary: €60K – €70K

Company Overview:

A well-established company, with a diverse project portfolio of small – medium sized building projects including residential, hospitality, industrial and commercial builds. Due to increased business growth, they are seeking a Site Manager.

Job Summary:

We are recruiting for a Site Manager for our Client. This is a permanent, full-time position, and it would be best suited to an ambitious, goal-oriented Site Manager. The successful candidate will join their team in Co. Mayo and reporting directly to the Senior Management.

Your main duties will be as below:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
• Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site
• Ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to adhere to the construction programme.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager working with a main contractor.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards.
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects
• Computer literate
