Construction Site Manager – Drogheda

Company Overview:
A leading, multinational construction company who specialise in infrastructure & fit outs, who due to continued business development are seeking a Construction Site Manager.
Job Summary:
- We are recruiting a Site Manager for our Client.
- This is a full-time, permanent position. It would be best suited to a motivated, ambitious Site Manager.
- The successful candidate will join their team in Drogheda, and report to the Management.
Your main duties will be as below
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Project
- Supervision of sub- contractors with an emphasis on quality standards
- Quality control and documentation
- Ensuring all contractors on site are working to the latest set of construction drawings / details.
- Keep a daily diary of all relevant events.
- Liaise with client’s representatives/Design Team members as appropriate.
- Ensure that all works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety standards.
- Developing risk assessments & method statements
- Weekly toolbox talks
- Ordering and control of materials on site
Qualification and Experience:
- 5+ years Site Management experience with Main Contractor
- Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
- Experience in Microsoft Office & other essential computer programmes
- Ability to provide evidence to inspect & record all of requirements mentioned.
