A leading construction, fit out and building services contractor in Ireland are currently looking to recruit a Site Manager.

The position is full-time permanent role which would be ideally suited to a driven, ambitious and enthusiastic Site Manager. The successful candidate will report to Management.

Your main duties will be as below

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the Project
• Supervision of sub- contractors with an emphasis on quality standards
• Quality control and documentation
• Ensuring all contractors on site are working to the latest set of construction drawings / details.
• Keep a daily diary of all relevant events.
• Liaise with client’s representatives/Design Team members as appropriate.
• Ensure that all works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety standards.
• Developing risk assessments & method statements
• Weekly toolbox talks
• Ordering and control of materials on site

Qualification and Experience:

• 5+ years Site Management experience with Main Contractor
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
• Experience in Microsoft Office & other essential computer programmes
• Ability to provide evidence to inspect & record all of requirements mentioned.
