Construction Site Manager/Agent – North Dublin

Salary: €80K - €90K

An innovative, international construction and engineering company currently looking to recruit a Site Manager/Agent.

The position is full-time permanent role which would be ideally suited to a driven, ambitious and enthusiastic Site Manager/Agent. The successful candidate will report to the Board of Management.

Your main duties will be as below

Key Responsibilities for a Construction Site Manager/Agent:

• Managing the Project
• Supervision of sub- contractors with an emphasis on quality standards
• Quality control and documentation
• Ensuring all contractors on site are working to the latest set of construction drawings / details.
• Keep a daily diary of all relevant events.
• Liaise with client’s representatives/Design Team members as appropriate.
• Ensure that all works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety standards.
• Developing risk assessments & method statements
• Weekly toolbox talks
• Ordering and control of materials on site

Qualification and Experience for a Construction Site Manager/Agent:

• 5+ years Site Management experience with Main Contractor
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
• Experience in Microsoft Office & other essential computer programmes
• Ability to provide evidence to inspect & record all of requirements mentioned.
• Holder of current airport badges an advantage
