A well respected and forward thinking housebuilding contractor is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a major new build housing development in Nottinghamshire. This multi-phase project includes a mix of private sale plots and Housing Association units, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a large, long-term residential scheme.

You will support the Site Manager with day-to-day coordination of trades, site safety, quality control, and ensuring build programmes remain on track.
