A leading developer of new homes in all over Ireland focuses to ensure that their new developments and properties - apartments, townhouses, semi-detached and detached homes -for sale provide the very highest quality with maximum value for money. Due to continued business growth, they are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager.

The position is full-time permanent role which would be ideally suited to a driven, ambitious and enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager. The successful candidate will report to the Site Manager.

Your main duties will be as below

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Site Manager with the Day to day running of the site
• Managing sub-contractors, operational staff & personnel on site
• Support the Site Manager & Project Manager in delivering the project to the highest of quality & completed on time, within the budget
• Ensuring the team are always Health & Safety aware
  
  

Qualification and Experience:

• Trade Qualification
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation is required.
• Residential project experience is required.
• Team management experience is essential.
• Experience in Microsoft office & other computer programmes
