Site Engineer – Cork

DOE: €50K – €60K

Company Overview:

A medium sized contractor with ongoing projects throughout Ireland. Due to increased business growth, they are seeking a Site Engineer.

Job Summary:

We are recruiting for a Site Engineer for our Client. This is a temporary position (6+ month contract) working on a mixed commercial and residential project. This role would be best suited to a motivated, results-oriented Site Engineer. The successful candidate will join their team in Cork and report to the management team.

Your responsibilities will be as below:

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to set out according to drawings, site surveys, as-built drawings
• Quality control & record keeping
• Maintaining the site records
• Supervision
• Ensure that all works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety standards.
• Ensure work is carried out to the highest of quality standards

Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant engineering qualification is required.
• 3+ years’ experience working as a Site Engineer.
• Experience working with a main contractor in Ireland and/or UK
• Commercial and housing projects experience is essential.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation is required.
• Experience in Microsoft office & other computer programmes
• Good team player
• Full Drivers License and own vehicle essential.
