Senior Quantity Surveyor - High End Residential and Commercial fit out - Central London
Salary: £75,000 - 100,000 + package
A well-established and reputable main contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience of working on high-end commercial and residential projects. It would also be advantageous if the individual could demonstrate previous experience of managing multiple smaller projects (Typically around £1m - £10m)
The ideal candidate would also be someone who has experience of pre-contract/ PCSA work and who has previously been involved in 2-stage procurement.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the commercial function across multiple projects concurrently, ensuring effective cost control, accurate forecasting, and timely financial reporting
- Oversee and mentor project quantity surveyors, providing strategic guidance, workload management, and quality assurance across all commercial activities
- Manage procurement strategies, contract administration, variations, and final accounts to maximise value and minimise commercial risk
- Act as the key commercial interface with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, supporting negotiations, resolving issues, and driving successful project outcomes
Requirements
- Previous experience managing the commercial aspect of multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience working on prestigious commercial and/or residential projects
- Full commercial lifecycle experience with an emphasis on Pre-contract and procurement stages
