Senior Quantity Surveyor – Major Cladding & Fire Protection
This leading Tier 1 main contractor has a project in East London, about to start on site and they have an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team.
The project is to remove and upgrade the cladding and fire protection for two residential towers and has a contract value of circa £22m.
You will as a Senior Quantity Surveyor be fully responsible for all aspects of the contract and will oversee an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who will be working with you on site.
For this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you will ideally have worked on or managed cladding and façade packages before. Although, a solid main contracting experience in the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor for at least 5yrs. A UK Quantity Surveying qualification is required for this role.
