Senior Quantity Surveyor
This leading Tier 1 main contractor has an immediate requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a 3–6-month contract on a project in Southeast London.
The project for this Senior Quantity Surveyor position is a major NHS Hospital refurbishment and is live on site. You will be site based with the commercial team and report to the Managing Quantity Surveyor.
Your duties as a Senior Quantity Surveyor will be cost management, pricing variations and subcontractor accounts. It would be highly beneficial to have worked on healthcare projects before and specifically large, occupied hospitals.
This role will suit Quantity Surveyors with a minimum 10yrs post graduate experience, and main contracting building experience.
