Senior Quantity Surveyor – Co. Leitrim
Salary:  €70K – €85K

Due to increased business growth, they are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Job Summary:
We are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for our Client. This is a permanent, full-time position, and it would be best suited to an ambitious, goal-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor. The successful candidate will join their team in Co. Leitrim and report to the Management.

Your responsibilities will be as below:
Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing tender and contract documents
• Negotiating and purchasing of subcontractors, subsequent account management and final agreement.
• Cost preparations, final accounts, cost analysis subcontractor management, variations, valuations interpret contract and ensure the best interest of the project
• Manage and report on financial performance of allocated projects.
• Performing risk, value management and cost control
• Attending site progress and cost meetings and liaising with sub-contractors.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a proven track record
• Must be proficient in Buildsoft, CostX and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good financial and numeracy management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiating skills
