Quantity Surveyor - Residential New Build - North London
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + package

A well-established property developer is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a large-scale residential new build development. The project comprises multiple buildings and includes a mix of affordable and build-to-rent homes.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable working on schemes from an earlier stage, with involvement in procurement and package management as the project progresses through delivery phase.

Role Overview

- Title: Quantity Surveyor
- Location: London
- Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + package
- Start: ASAP but willing to wait for notice periods
- Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

- Supporting the commercial management of a large residential scheme
- Assisting with procurement of subcontract packages
- Managing valuations, variations and subcontractor accounts
- Cost reporting and commercial control throughout the project lifecycle
- Working closely with the wider site and commercial team

Requirements

- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on residential or mixed-use projects
- Pre-contract and procurement experience
- Ability to manage multiple work packages concurrently
- Strong communication and organisational skills
