Package Quantity Surveyor - Residential Developer - Greenwich
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + £7000 (dependent on experience)

A major residential developer is seeking a Package Surveyor to look after the external packages on a high-end large-scale development they have in South-East London. They are well known for working to the highest standards and for good staff retention.
The ideal candidate would be someone with strong experience of taking ownership of Façade, Frame etc packages on High-Rise residential buildings for a principle contractor/developer.

Role Overview

- Title: Package Quantity Surveyor
- Location: Greenwich
- Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + £7000
- Start: ASAP but willing to wait for notice period
- Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

- Manage budgets, cost control, and value engineering.
- Negotiate contracts, work schedules, and award work packages to subcontractors.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, site progress, and quality.
- Handle contractual claims, disputes, and variations.
- Prepare final accounts and process payments.
- Provide cost analysis for maintenance and lifecycle costs.

Requirements
- Steady work history
- 3-7 years Quantity Surveying experience
- Strong construction industry experience
- Previous experience working for a volume developer
