QUANTITY SURVEYOR
HERTFORDSHIRE
O'Neill & Brennan are working with a leading Tier 1 Contractor, who have an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a 6-12 month contract on a project in Hertfordshire.
The project for this position is a £55m new build leisure centre, consisting of a gym, swimming pool with slides, dance studio, and more exciting facilities. You will be site based full time with a commercial team and report directly into the Lead Quantity Surveyor.
Your duties as a Quantity Surveyor will be cost management, price variations and subcontractor accounts. It would be highly beneficial to have worked on leisure centre projects previously.
This role will suit Quantity Surveyors with a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience, and main contractor building experience.
