Quantity Surveyor

O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our client, a main contractor.

This is a Fermoy, Cork based role.

Quantity Surveyor responsibilities include:

• Assisting Senior QS in day-to-day operations
• Measuring & Pricing
• Negotiating and agreeing contracts
• Dealing with queries raised from sub-contractors
• Purchasing materials
• Liaising with on-site foremen
• Submitting payment claims

Quantity Surveyor requirements:

• QS related degree
• Must have experience in the construction industry (minimum 2 years relevant experience)
• Full driver’s license
• Ability to work as part of a team
