Assistant/Project Quantity Surveyor

O’Neill & Brennan have an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor with strong experience working on smaller residential developments. Our client is a reputable Residential Developer who have a number of new projects starting in the Hounslow/West London area.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for estimating costs, material quantities and project timelines. You will also be required to liaise with a range of other teams working on the project and to ensure everything is on track. Additionally, you will advise clients and contractors on compliance issues and commercial risks associated with their projects and procure the necessary building permits to ensure the construction works comply with building regulations.

 The successful candidate will have:

• 5+ years prior experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Long stints in each job
• Background on residential projects
• Proven experience working on smaller high quality residential developments
