Project/Planning Manager – Dublin

Company Overview:
Our client is recruiting for an experienced Project/Planning Manager with Residential experience to join their team based in Dublin. The successful candidate will require a minimum of 8+ year’s project management experience.
Job Summary:
- Lead and manage complex development projects across all stages, from concept to handover.
- Oversee project planning, design, procurement, and delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including local authorities, utility providers, and internal departments.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
- Implement sustainability initiatives and maintain a focus on quality, safety, and compliance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in related field such as Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Proven experience in development planning or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of development process.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in documentation and software tools (e.g., ASTA, MS Project, and Excel).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality essential.
