The Job opportunity
Our Client Fit Out Division is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing London team. This job is ideal for a driven professional with a strong background in cut and carve projects and commercial fit out delivery.
You will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Our Client is a leading construction and fit out contractor delivering high-quality commercial environments across the UK. Their Fit-Out Division specialises in complex cut and carve and interior fit out projects, working across a range of sectors including commercial, healthcare, and life sciences. They pride themselves on their collaborative approach, technical expertise, and commitment to delivering exceptional results for their clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage fit out and cut and carve projects from inception to handover
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and risk registers
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
- Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage procurement, variations, and commercial performance

About You
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial fit out
- Strong background in cut and carve projects
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
- Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Experience delivering healthcare fit out projects
- Experience working within life sciences environments
