Job title: Project Manager
Salary: £90,000 - £100 + travel
Location: Stockwell
O'Neill and Brennan are currently working with a reputable main contractor who are looking for a No 1 Project Manager to take the lead on a healthcare refurb project they have in Stockwell. They are looking for someone who has experience leading public sector projects (Like Schools and Hospitals) and ideally who has an educational background in construction management as well as proven experience of boots on the ground.
The successful Project Manager will have:
- Prior experience working on public sector projects stints for main contractor
- The ability to travel to both Central London and around Southwest London
- Steady work history with long stints in each job
