DOE: €80k – €90K

Company Overview:

A Fit-Out contractor who have various ongoing Commercial Projects across the Greater Dublin area, they are seeking a Project Manager (Fit Out).

Job Summary:

We are recruiting for a Project Manager (Fit Out) for our Client. This is a permanent, full-time position, and it would be suited to an ambitious candidate, who will be leading the Site team, working to budget and Project deadlines, liaising with clients and ensuring work completed to highest quality standards. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Management.

Your responsibilities will be as below:

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the construction team.
• Managing construction programme.
• Completing commercial fitout of project.
• Ensure completion dates are met.
• Ensuring quality of works.
• Managing health and safety on site.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Third level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 7+ years construction experience, working on fit-out projects/interiors.
• Demonstrated ability to plan & deliver a complex project.
• Fully updated with BCAR.
• Strong communication and IT skills.
