O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Engineer on behalf of our Client, an International Construction Company.
This is a Co. Laois based role.
Project Engineer Responsibilities:
- Attend Weekly Progress meeting as required.
- Escalate all site issues to Project Manager for review.
- Assist the Project Manager with maintaining the project program, ensuring milestones are achieved.
- Assistance with procurement and supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with Quality controls and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Regulations and Procedure.
- Inspection, Audit, Supervision and Approval of Civil & Structural works.
- Maintaining records and production of project documentation.
Project Engineer Requirements:
- A third level relevant degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
