Senior Engineer (fit out) – Athlone

DOE: 65k – 75k

Company Overview:

A main contractor who has numerous projects throughout Ireland are seeking a Senior Engineer to support their team on a fit out project in Athlone.

Job Summary:

· Check plans and drawings to ensure all calculations are accurate.

· Providing progress reports for the site management team & clients

· Supervising the Setting out, levelling and surveying the site.

· Regular use of AutoCAD to check on site dimensions.

· Liaising with sub-contractors & site managers.

· Ensure all health & safety procedures are maintained.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Degree in Civil Engineering.

· 7 + years’ experience in setting out on construction sites.

· Experience working on pharmaceutical and data centre projects.

· Experience working on high value projects in Ireland or the Uk.

· Experienced in the use of instruments (total station, GPS)

· Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
