Finishing Foreman – Dublin City

D.O.E: 65k – 75k

Company Overview:

O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for a Finishing Foreman for our client, a leading tier 1 main contractor with various ongoing projects. The Foreman will join their team on a project based in Dublin City.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee all finishing works on site, ensuring top-quality workmanship.

· Coordinate with tradesmen, subcontractors, and site management to ensure timely completion

· Conduct regular inspections and quality checks, addressing any defects or issues promptly.

· Manage timelines and work schedules to meet project deadlines.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

· Liaise with project managers and provide updates on progress.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Construction Management and/ or equivalent trade qualification

· Significant experience in a similar position

· Excellent knowledge of trades, and in particular, carpentry

· Background in residential construction

· Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards

· An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets
