Construction Site Manager - Defects (Maintenance) – Dublin

Company Overview:

Our client who is renowned for its premium development throughout Ireland are seeking a Site Manager to support their team on projects in the Dublin/Leinster region.

Job Summary:

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site.
• Maintain accurate site records and documentation.
• Checking plans, drawings and supervision of subcontractors across the project.
• Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site
• Ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to adhere to the construction programme.
• Overseeing quality control and safety matters on the site and ensuring that regulations are adhered to.
• Involves travelling to different projects in the Dublin/Leinster regions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience as a Site Manager working with a main contractor.
• Previous building experience is essential.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards.
• A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects
• Computer literate.
• Good knowledge of safety and quality management.
