Construction Site Manager (Envelope & Fit out)– Drogheda

DOE: 70k – 85k

Company Overview:

A main contractor who has ongoing projects throughout Ireland are seeking a Site Manager to support their team on a data centre project in Drogheda.

Job Summary:

· Manage the day-to-day running of the site.

· Maintain accurate site records and documentation.

· Checking plans, drawings and supervision of subcontractors across the project.

· Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site

· Ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards.

· Collaborate with the Project Manager to adhere to the construction programme.

· Overseeing quality control and safety matters on the site and ensuring that regulations are adhered to.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Previous experience as a Site Manager working with a main contractor.

· Previous building experience is essential.

· Ability to read and understand construction drawings.

· Knowledge of latest building regulations and certification standards.

· A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects

· Computer literate.

· Good knowledge of safety and quality management.
