Logistics Manager

Logistics Manager – Birmingham – Temporary – 2 years

We are looking for a Logistics Manager for a long term position in Birmingham. You will be working on a prestigious new build project as part of a large and experienced site team. This role is to start imminently and will be for a minimum period of 2 years.

Duties;

• Managing a team of operatives on site including Hoists, Traffic Marshall’s, FLD’s and a team of site labourers.
• Oversee the site traffic management plan
• Ensure an organised delivery schedule
• Overseeing the Crane team and lifting operations
• Inductions of site operatives and subcontractors
• Attending progress meetings
• Day to day management of operatives on site

Experience;

• Experience on high value new build projects
• High rise experience beneficial
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred
