Warehouse Operative- Birmingham

O'Neill & Brennan is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to start work in a busy warehouse in Birmingham.

Working hours are from 7:30am to 04:30 pm - Monday to Friday.

Warehouse Operative duties:

• Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
• Operate handling equipment (training provided) to move materials within the warehouse.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not essential.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting and moving heavy items.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
