Our Construction team in the South West have been a key driving force of the business for many years, and see a consistent flow of work into the office due to strong client relationships and the high level of customer service we provide.

Our team is now looking for a number of Graduate Recruitment Consultants to support some of our biggest clients in the region You will be filling roles in the Construction market in a fast paced and rewarding role.

Your role as a Recruitment Consultant

  • You will be generating leads and winning new clients, sourcing great candidates and building your network. 
  • Engaging with clients to gain an understanding of their company and role requirements
  • Advertising new roles and implementing new candidate attraction strategies
  • Connecting with candidates and interviewing to understand their needs
  • Providing professional advice on the job market and manage expectations
  • Bringing on new business and establish professional relationships in the industry
