Job Overview:

O'Neill and Brennan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of our Security and Waking Watch sites. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and leading a team of operatives on site. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong leadership, and a keen eye for detail to maintain the highest standards of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple Security and Waking Watch sites, ensuring all contractual requirements are met.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of security operatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Operational Oversight: Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency, safety, and service quality across all sites.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and manage budgets for each site in relation to site consumable and equipment.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Identify and mitigate risks to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Qualifications and skills:

  • Experience: Demonstratable experience in contracts management, preferably within the security or construction industries, and experience in Waking Watch services is desirable.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a focus on performance management and staff development.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions.
  • Compliance: Thorough understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
