Health & Safety Administrator – North Dublin

Job Overview:

A leading contractor in Ireland is seeking a Health and Safety Administrator to support the HSE and Project Management teams, ensuring effective delivery of HSE activities and ongoing improvement in safety and environmental processes. The successful candidate will join the team at the head office in North Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate HSE activities, audits, and compliance with ISO 14001/45001 standards.
• Manage statutory notifications, unplanned events, and corrective actions within HSE systems.
• Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reporting for projects and teams.
• Produce monthly HSE reports, performance summaries, and support KPI tracking.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including purchasing, mail, invoicing, and tender submissions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and external HSE recognition programs.

Qualification and Experience:

• Degree, Higher Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, HSE, or related field.
• Strong administrative skills, preferably with office experience in construction or HSE functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Competent with standard office equipment and IT systems.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and organisational skills.
• Proactive, self-starting, and able to follow established processes and procedures.
• Effective communicator, able to collaborate with teams and provide feedback.
