O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for a Traffic Marshall / Gateman to join one of our clients on a high security site in Taunton.
The position is expected to start in around 2 weeks
Pay is negotable depending on skills and experience
The succesful candiate MUST have SC Clearance - A Security Check clearance that allows someone to access classified information or restricted areas after passing a background check.
Duties as a traffic marshall:
-control the in and out flow of veichles on a high security site
-Use a tablet to log the deliveries arriving on site
- Direct vehicles to designated parking areas
- Manage traffic flow to prevent congestion and maintain safety
- Communicate effectively with drivers and site personnel to coordinate movements
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and parking allocations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate traffic movements effectively
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple vehicles efficiently
- Capacity to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid traffic marshall ticket and Security clearance
-SC clearance: someone who has worked at Hinkley Point would be suitable.
