O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for a Finishing Foreman to work for reputable contractor in Peterborough.
Our client is due to handover this residential development and are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to assist in the delivery of the project.
- Freelance position for approximately 3 months.
- Hands on position, expected to contribute to general finishing duties.
- Report into Site Manager on a daily basis.
- To take full responsibility for internal works and trades of the housing project.
- Trade background such as Carpentry preferred.
Requirements:
- Industry experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the construction process
- CSCS minimum, SSSTS & 1st Aid preferable.
