Finishing Manager - Residential Apartments

We are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join our team on a residential apartment project.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing finishes on high-volume residential apartments, working at a fast pace while maintaining high quality standards and meeting strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Managing and driving all internal and external finishes to completion

Snagging apartments and coordinating remedial works

Ensuring units are completed to a high standard and ready for handover

Liaising with subcontractors to maintain programme and quality

Managing handover of completed units to the client

Ensuring works are delivered on time and in line with project deadlines

Maintaining site standards for health & safety and quality control

Requirements

Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on residential apartment projects

Experience working in a fast-paced construction environment

Strong snagging and quality control skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Good communication and organisational skills

All relevant tickets and certifications must be valid and up to date
