Job Summary:

O’Neill & Brennan are recruiting a Finishing Foreman to join a main contractor on a data centre project in Belgium. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to progress their career with a leading employer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all finishing works on site, ensuring top-quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with tradesmen, subcontractors, and site management to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks, addressing any defects or issues promptly.
• Manage timelines and work schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Liaise with project managers and provide updates on progress.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree / Higher Diploma qualification in Construction Management and/ or equivalent trade qualification.
• Significant experience in a similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of trades, and in particular, carpentry.
• Background in residential construction.
• Excellent working knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards.
• An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
