Our client, a large main contractor, requires a Bid Coordinator to assist with submittals for building projects.
This is a Galway based, permanent position.
Role:
- Managing budgets and tracking costs.
- Drafting and responding to tender requests.
- Managing the tendering process.
- Supporting the development of our information library by collecting project data and updating sector information, preparing, and formatting of high-quality bids, including graphics
- Managing tender opportunities on e-tenders from registration to submission.
- Post tender analysis and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bid or Technical writing experience
- Degree level qualification.
- 5+ years professional experience, including previous experience and knowledge of preparing and coordinating bids and proposals in the construction industry.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative with a high level of attention to detail is necessary.
- Strong IT skills.
