O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for a Site Administrator/ Document Controller on behalf of our Client, a main contractor who specialise in various areas such as Commercial, Residential and Civil projects across Ireland.
This is a 6-month contract based in Dublin. Successful candidate must start immediately.
The duties for a Site Administrator/ Document Controller include:
- Efficiently undertake and co-ordinate all site administration duties on a project, providing admin support to the Contracts Manager and the wider team.
- Assist the Health and Safety team to record and administer health and safety documentation.
- Organize and maintain the site drawing register as new information becomes available.
- Log and tracks all outgoing RFI and design team queries.
- Ensure smooth flow of information for all site staff and relevant sub-contractors.
- Support the Project BIM/CAD team with drawings administration.
- Create and maintain the access register.
- Ensuring checks are completed for compliance with latest building regulations and relevant design codes.
- Ensure GDPR rules and systems are always complied with.
- Any other ad hoc duties
Site Administrator/ Document Controller Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with BCAR, DropBox & SharePoint
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work in a busy work environment.
- High level of attention to detail
- Must be familiar in using Microsoft Office, BIM/CAD
- Full clean driver’s license
