O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator for our client, a leading tier 1 main contractor with various ongoing projects.

This is an office-based job in North Dublin.

Recruitment Coordinator Duties Include:

  • Co-ordinating key activities associated with the onboarding process.
  • Source qualified candidates, review resumes, and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the co-ordination and management of our College Student Placement programme and our Graduate programme.
  • Inputting new starter details on the HR system and the collation and follow up of documentation, training certs etc required.
  • Assist with Work Permit and Visa applications.
  • Manage relations with agency partners through proactive engagement.
  • Maintaining recruitment systems on a daily / weekly basis to ensure information is kept up to date for weekly and monthly reports.
  • Engage with the wider HR team and relevant Site Teams ahead of new joiners starting to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Raising PO requests to ensure timely payment of recruitment invoices.
  • Post recruitment adverts across all relevant social media platforms, job boards etc.
  • Monitor recruitment mailbox.
  • Keep up date with current recruitment trends and best practices and bring forward and take part actively in initiatives to continually improve the quality and efficiency of our sourcing, recruitment and hiring processes.

Recruitment Coordinator Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and analytical thinking ability
  • Ability to create strong stakeholder relationships with a proven track record of gaining buy-in
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and integrate multiple points of view into a streamlined action plan.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and a high level of confidentiality
